Featherstone takes hiring, training and supervising staff seriously. All our staff are Featherstone employees and we never sub-contract. When working at heights, all our painters are certified in the use of suspended swing stage scaffolding. Each team member is qualified to work with ropes, at any height, meeting all current procedural guidelines. Each worker has qualified trade level experience, supervised, and monitored to ensure great service.
